Bulgarian partners arrive – Birmingham 10.30

Spanish partners arrive – Birmingham 11.20

Light lunch at school for staff and visitors provide by Sally Odell at 12.30 – in the library.

Turkish partners arrive – Stanstead 12.10 – National Express to Milton Keynes, Catherine Camp to collect

Visitors to be take to Broomhill Hotel

Polish partners arrive – Birmingham 17.15

Return to Broomhill with Polish visitors.

19.00 All leave the hotel for a meal at Lamport – Swan at 19.30 (booked 18)

Return to Broomhill

Thursday 28^th January

Take over school hall for the day – Sue to set out.

Slovakian partners arrive – Birmingham 10.10

Lunch at Great Creaton Primary School provided by Sally Odell at 12.30 – staff to provide puddings.

German partners arrive – Birmingham 14.40

Swedish partners arrive

Blakeley Heath Primary arrive by car at Great Creaton Primary School.

19.30 Comenius meal at The Pytchley Hotel, West Haddon

Return to Broomhill.

Friday 29^th January

09.30 Presentation and welcome

Visiting dignitaries – coffee and biscuits

10.30 Working session in School hall

Exchange souvenirs / feedback on Christmas Festivals

Logo Competition results / Item for book

E-Twinning registration

12.00 – 13.00 Lunch provided by the Governors

13.30 Second working session

16.30 Back to Broomhill Hotel for drinks and to change

19.30 Creaton village hall for Barn dance and fish and chip supper (PTA) – school to provide drinks.

11.00 Arrive at Warwick Castle – free time – arrange own lunch

1.45 Tour of Castle and dungeon

17.00 Depart of Hotel in Wolverhampton

19.30 Dinner at Oddfellows pub.

9.00 Depart for Cadbury World chocolate factory Birmingham

10.00 Tour of factory / visitors centre

13.00 Depart for Birmingham Bull Ring shopping centre – free time, arrange own lunch.

17.00 Depart for Mount Hotel

20.00 Dinner at Wombourne Tandoori restaurant.

9.15 School assembly in hall, visiting dignitaries, presentation to visitors

10.45 – 12.15 Visitors to visit classes, escorted by children of Comenius team

12.15 – 13.15 Buffet lunch for visitors and staff provided by school in 2E
