The Staff and Governors of Great Creaton Primary School are pleased to announce that our school has been acclaimed for their role in the internationally recognised Comenius project which creates a platform for schools from across 27 European countries to exchange ideas and work on shared projects .
For those of you who were wondering about the name the Comenius Programme is named after Jan Amos Comenius often considered the father of modern education.

Creaton has been approved as part of a multi lateral partnership with
Germany,Spain,Slovakia,Poland,Bulgaria,Turkey and Sweden.
On a recent
visit to Creaton, John Rolfe from the British Council for Learning was
unstinting in his praise of the work and environment that was in evidence at
the school and was full of praise for the approach and forward thinking being
shown by the staff in providing the children with such an opportunity.
I think
that this is an exciting time for Great Creaton and the pupils are already
benefiting from our long partnership with GS Wettbergen in
